Jayela is recognized for designing innovative and efficient processes, driving operational agility, and strengthening organizational performance across diverse environments. She holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Purdue University and is a certified project manager, combining strategic financial insight with strong leadership and execution skills.

He has managed infrastructure projects across the U.S., including highways, bridges, airports, rail systems, and power plants. This hands-on background gives him unique insight into the critical role dump trucks and hauling play in project success.
